The game places the player in the role of a flight attendant responsible for managing cabin operations on a commercial aircraft. The primary objective is to complete a series of pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight tasks within time constraints while maintaining passenger satisfaction. The game features a single-player campaign with progressive difficulty, introducing new aircraft types and passenger scenarios. Visuals are rendered in a simplified 3D style, focusing on the aircraft interior. The game does not include a multiplayer mode or microtransactions for gameplay advantages.

Gameplay is divided into three phases: boarding, service, and landing. During boarding, the player uses a virtual joystick on the left side of the screen to move the avatar. A context-sensitive action button on the right side interacts with passengers, overhead bins, and galley equipment. The player must stow carry-on luggage, demonstrate safety procedures, and check seat belts. The service phase requires the player to navigate the aisle using the joystick, selecting items from a menu wheel (food, drinks, amenities) and delivering them to passengers via a drag-and-drop interface. A timer bar at the top of the screen tracks remaining time for each phase. Tactical techniques include prioritizing passengers with low patience meters, indicated by a red icon above their heads, and using the galley to restock supplies before moving down the aisle. The landing phase involves collecting trash and ensuring all passengers are seated. Controls also include a swipe gesture to open and close overhead bins and a tap to fasten seat belts. Failure to complete tasks within the time limit results in a penalty to the final score, which is based on efficiency and passenger satisfaction.
