Z-Market is a multiplayer online survival game developed by Void Dynamics and released in 2023. The game is set in a post-apocalyptic urban environment overrun by zombies. Players assume the role of scavengers competing to gather resources, trade goods, and secure safe zones within a procedurally generated city map. The primary objective is to accumulate wealth and reputation by completing contracts, bartering with non-player characters, and eliminating hostile threats. The game features a persistent economy where supply and demand fluctuate based on player actions and server-wide events. Z-Market supports up to 64 players per session and includes both cooperative and player-versus-player elements.

Gameplay mechanics center on resource management and risk-reward decision-making. Players start with a basic inventory and a handheld scanner. Operation controls are as follows: movement uses the W, A, S, D keys; interaction with objects and NPCs is performed with the E key; weapon aiming is done with the right mouse button, and firing with the left mouse button. The inventory screen is toggled with the Tab key, allowing item sorting, crafting, and equipment changes. The scanner is activated with the Q key to identify nearby loot, threats, and market prices. Tactical techniques include using sound masking by crouching (Ctrl key) to avoid zombie aggro, and employing barricades (built with the B key) to block chokepoints. Players should prioritize securing a safe house early, as nighttime cycles increase zombie spawn rates. Trading with NPC merchants at designated market hubs yields better prices than player-to-player exchanges. Effective combat involves aiming for zombie heads for instant kills and using melee weapons (default slot 1) to conserve ammunition.
