The player assumes the role of an unnamed protagonist trapped inside an abandoned, labyrinthine warehouse. The primary objective is to locate three hidden keys while avoiding detection by Cartoon Cat, which patrols the environment. The game features a dark, low-poly aesthetic with minimal lighting, relying on sound cues and visual distortion to create tension. There is no combat system; the player can only hide or flee.

Gameplay mechanics are centered on stealth and resource management. The player navigates a series of interconnected rooms and corridors. Cartoon Cat follows a randomized patrol path, with its proximity indicated by a rising static sound and screen distortion. The player has a stamina bar that depletes when sprinting and regenerates when walking or hiding. Operation controls on PC use standard WASD for movement, Shift to sprint, Space to interact with objects (doors, lockers, key pickups), and Ctrl to crouch. On mobile, a virtual joystick controls movement, with buttons for sprint, interact, and crouch. Tactical techniques include using lockers and under desks as hiding spots, but the entity can check these if it sees the player enter. The player should move only when the static sound is low, avoid running on metal floors (which produce audible footsteps), and memorize key spawn locations to minimize backtracking. The game ends when all three keys are collected and the exit door is unlocked.
