Crazy Sea Battle

Crazy Sea Battle is a naval combat video game developed by Digital Paddle Studios and released in 2021 for PC and mobile platforms. The game simulates tactical ship-to-ship warfare in a stylized, cartoonish ocean environment. Players command a single vessel from a top-down perspective, engaging enemy ships and fortifications across a series of progressively difficult levels. The game features a single-player campaign mode and a local multiplayer mode for two players. Visual design emphasizes bright colors and exaggerated water physics, with destructible environmental elements such as floating mines and ice floes.

Gameplay is turn-based on a grid map. Each turn, a player moves their ship a set number of grid squares (up to 4) and then fires one shot. Movement is orthogonal only. Firing is performed by selecting a target square within a 6-square range. Hits are determined by line-of-sight and the target's current position. Controls: Arrow keys or WASD for movement; Spacebar to confirm turn; mouse click to select firing target. Tactical techniques include using islands for cover to block enemy line-of-sight, predicting opponent movement patterns to lead shots, and prioritizing the destruction of enemy artillery batteries on shore before engaging ships. Ammunition is unlimited, but each ship has a health bar that depletes upon hit. Repair stations appear on specific map tiles, restoring 25% health when occupied for one full turn without moving or firing.
