The game features three primary modes: Career, where players complete a series of parking challenges across 12 cities; Free Roam, allowing unrestricted driving in open lots; and Time Trial, which scores precision and speed. Visuals emphasize realistic physics, including tire friction, weight transfer, and manual clutch simulation. The game supports single-player and local split-screen multiplayer for two players.

Gameplay mechanics require players to park a vehicle within a designated space without contacting obstacles, curbs, or other cars. Each level specifies a parking type: parallel, perpendicular, or angled. The game uses a third-person camera with adjustable angles. Operation controls are as follows: Left analog stick or W/A/S/D keys steer and accelerate. Right analog stick or mouse controls camera rotation. R1/Right Bumper or E key engages the handbrake for sharp turns. L2/Left Trigger or Q key activates reverse. R2/Right Trigger or Space bar applies the brake. Manual transmission vehicles require L1/Left Bumper or Shift key for clutch, with R1/Right Bumper or Up/Down arrow keys for gear shifts.
