The game features a dynamic economy where fuel prices, toll costs, and cargo rates fluctuate based on simulated supply and demand. A single-player campaign and an online multiplayer mode are available.

Gameplay mechanics are divided into pre-trip, driving, and delivery phases. Pre-trip requires inspecting the truck via a walk-around interface, checking tire pressure, oil levels, and brake wear. The player must then accept a contract from the dispatch menu, selecting a trailer type (flatbed, refrigerated, or tanker) based on cargo requirements. Driving controls utilize a standard keyboard and mouse or a supported controller. The default keyboard scheme uses W and S for acceleration and braking, A and D for steering, and the space bar for the parking brake. The mouse controls the camera view and turn signal activation via left and right clicks. Gear shifting is manual by default, using Q and E for upshifts and downshifts, with an automatic transmission option in the settings menu. Tactical techniques include maintaining a steady speed below 90 km/h to optimize fuel efficiency, using engine braking on descents to preserve brake pads, and planning refueling stops at stations with lower price indices displayed on the in-game GPS. For tight deliveries, the player must utilize the rear-view camera (activated by the C key) and the trailer’s pivot point to execute reverse maneuvers. Damage to the cargo reduces the final payout by a percentage equal to the damage level.
